Nova – In Hounslow
Meet 2 year old Nova,
A darling girl who is extremely affectionate and grateful. She has had a tough start to life and came from a kill shelter but all of that is now behind her.
Nova is good with other dogs and really enjoys socialising with them, she is also fine with cats. She is very very fluffy so looks bigger than she actually is 10kg and 55cm long (including her head).
Due to her terrible start in life she requires an adopter with some experience of dogs that can get nervous. She is currently in foster with our trainer who is helping her learn to enjoy walks and new people. She can be particularly wary of men, again we are working on this and we hope a few weeks she will be over her fears. She will come wilful back up from her trainer and lots of support.
Nova requires an adopter who has the time and patience to settle in and train a street dog and someone who can offer 110% commitment. Due to her past experiences she is nervous of men so a home that understands she needs time to learn to trust them again is ideal. This girl has a lot to offer to a home and would be fine as the only pet or in a multi-pet house hold
