Meet Polly & Gus, a one year old bonded pair,
Polly and Gus didn’t get the start they deserved. When their beloved person’s dementia worsened, these gentle siblings were left trying to make sense of the world from a bathroom. With the help of social services, they came into our care, frightened, unsure but yet very calm and brave.
Since arriving, these two have blossomed from shy kittens into total lap cats. They’re gentle, kind, and affectionate with people and children, and they do well with other cats. Each day their confidence grows, they’re playing more, seeking cuddles, and settling into being relaxed, happy cats. They truly are golden little souls with so much love to give. We would still class them as shyer cats but in the right home, with time we have no doubt that they will be super confident kitties! They have been with us quite some time now with no interest from an adopter and their foster is going on holiday at the end of August and these guys will sadly have to go into kennels…..it would be really nice for them to find a forever home to go to before then instead.
Polly and Gus are:
