Mila – Kent

Meet 1 year old Mila.

This precious girl had a truly heartbreaking start to life. As a tiny kitten, she was left to survive outdoors through the bitter winter cold, scared and alone. Eventually her, along with her sister, were trapped and brought into rescue, where they received immediately veterinary treatment, were neutered, vaccinated, and cared for. When they first arrived in foster care, both girls shook constantly with fear, silent and shut down, just babies who didn’t yet understand they were safe.

With time, patience, and gentle love, Mila has slowly begun to heal. The frightened kitten she was once was has blossomed into a curious, sweet natured girl who is learning how to trust. She is still nervous but totally non aggressive. Mila has made enormous progress and is now ready for a home that will continue her journey. We would still class her as a shy cat and will be very nervous to interact with anyone viewing her so please beaår this in mind.

This girl is fine with other cats but would be perfectly happy as the only cat too. She can also live with a calm dog.  A calm, quiet household is essential for Mila, with no young children, as loud noises can still overwhelm her a little. All Mila wants to do is have a little play with her human and find a nice spot to sun herself in. She jus really starting to enjoy human company, gentle play, and moments of affection.

Mila is looking for a special human that is patient, kind, and understanding, someone who sees not just who she is now, but who she can become. In the right home, this girl will continue to blossom, rewarding her human with quiet trust and a very special kind of love.

Please get in touch if you can offer this sweetheart the chance she truly deserves. She would be happy with either a catio, cat proofed garden or cat flap access to the great outdoors in a semi rural area (no built up towns)
