Meet one year old Blossom,
A gentle, loving soul who was abandoned by her owners, claiming she was a “stray” they had found. It was soon very clear to us that Blossom was no stray and was just in fact another unwanted pet. She really struggled to acclimatise to being in our cattery so we moved her to a wonderful foster home where she is miles happier in as the only cat. Blossom has been through so much in her short little life (being abandoned at a vet, moved to two different rescues then into foster) it’s no wonder she can be timid when moved to a new space. She is totally non aggressive and has a heart of gold she will just need a little time to feel safe again when she goes to a new home.
Blossom is the kind of cat that will sit near you on the sofa, cuddle up and purr and generally not cause any fuss. We would like a home that is nice and quiet for her (kids over 7) and one that has catflap access and not near any busy main roads. We would accept a catio for her too. She likes to play now and again as she is still young but is equally happy cuddling up wither human.
We would really like to see Blossom in a forever home now, it’s time for her life to stabilise again and for her to truly start settling down and enjoying the love she deserves.
