Meet the gorgeous 3 year old CUDDLE BUG that is Chongus,
Chongus is 50% dog, 50% cat. You won’t find a bigger personality than Chongy Wongy! He sits on you and gives you his belly like a dog and lets you do absolutely anything to him whilst purring his head off the whole time. He will climb all over you for fuss, rub himself on you and generally just attempt to be the love of your life! He is literally the PERFECT companion cat. This boy is an oriental mix, healthy, neutered, vaccinated, blood tested, chipped etc and is raring to find a family of his own. He was adopted once before and returned due to the resident male cat and him not getting along but Chongus has been fine with over 40 cats in the rescue (including alpha males) so we think he was just not introduced slowly enough to the other male who took a disliking to him first. JUST to be safe, because he was absolutely heartbroken to be returned and we don’t want this happening again, we would like to see him in a home either female cats or as the only cat. He 100% can live with dogs and is not at all phased by them!
This cat is honestly personality level 100 and one of our all time favourite cats! Your home will greatly improve with Chongus in it! He can live with children of all ages too. You will never meet another cat like Chongus and he is just looking for that perfect person that will love him forever . He is great being left on his own and isn’t destructive, he also likes to play and interact with visitors. He would really enjoy a little bit of play time and stimulation in a new home too, like many oriental mixes do. It’s so sad that he had such a rough start in life as a stray that was so dehydrated he nearly died, spent months in rescue with no applications and then got adopted and returned after a few days. He deserves so much more and we really hope we can find that for him <3
You will not regret giving Chongus a chance, he is a 10/10 cat.
