Rosie – Kent

Interested in adopting?

Meet the wonderful 3 year old Rosie,

Her age is an approximate guess as she was passed around a number of people as a “stray” but none of them provided her with any veterinary care. Rosie arrived to our care extremely bewildered, shut down and scared but never once has she been aggressive. This just shows you what a kind cat she is. She has over the past few weeks started to come out of her shell and has proven herself to be very gentle and quite affectionate at times. She really enjoys sitting next to you and would provide someone with a lot of companionship. She is still learning to feel safe and can be a little nervous of loud noises so we would like a nice, quiet home for her to continue to flourish in (sadly this means no children under the age of 12).

Now Rosie has had a taste of what real life can be like she is starting to enjoy all of her home comforts such as fluffy beds and nice blankets. She would be in heaven in real home (she is currently being fostered in a summer house) where she could lay on the sofa next to you. She is not overly playful but does occasionally dabble in a play with the good old feather on a stick.

If you are looking to truly rescue a cat that has suffered a life of loneliness and want to change that world for them, this is the cat for you. Rosie is truly deserving of this and has worked so hard to learn to trust people again. In time, she is just going to be magnificent.

She has been fully blood tested, is healthy, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped. She has a very old injury to her eye that has healed over and does not require any attention but has limited her vision n that eye ever so slightly. We would like to see Rosie in a home with catlfap access OR a catio and absolutely no busy main roads.

Please get in touch if you can offer Rosie the bright future she deserves. She is available to meet in Adisham, Kent.
