We don’t even know where to start with this advert. This poor cat has been let down his entire life (5/6 years) by people and it is about time things changed for this absolute smasher. Not only is he one of the most affectionate cats ever but he is gentle, calm and honestly has a heart of gold. This cat is so precious, anyone adopting him will be the lucky one! If you want a cat that is all over you 24/7 Stuart is the boy for you!
Let’s start with his original story….he was clearly a dumped pet at one point who was found wandering the streets in 2020 and a lovely rescue trapped, neutered and released him and he continued to fend for himself on the streets. He was then picked up yet again by a family who decided to take him in and love him….Stuart finally got a taste of home life, which he absolutely relished. Some time passed and after a vet check was found to have FIV. His family then booked him for euthanasia….absolutely criminal….FIV cats go on to live long and happy lives. The vets managed to persuade the family to sign him over and that takes us to where we are now…. one very lonely Stuart stuck in rescue. This chap just wants to lay across your lap and cuddle all day but sadly we just do not have the man hours and staff to offer him all the fuss he so desperately craves.
So, this is what we are looking for in a home;
- A nice indoor space with someone who is not out 24/7 that can offer him lots of cuddles. A little space in the back garden for a small enclosure that attaches to the window – the rescue will provide this, please see photo of the cat enclosure in the picture reel.
- Someone who understands FIV is not scary and cats go on to live very long and happy lives.
Our little monkey, Stu, has also got no teeth, he recently had them all removed so he eats Felix soups and Gourmet Pearl mousses which he wallops down with great pleasure 🙂
We hope by offering the right home a cat enclosure it broadens the search much more for our special boy. We 100% will not agree to have him kept indoors 24/7 as he did spend his entire life outside and he does crave the fresh air and sunshine on his fur.
Stuart is a kind boy with not a bad bone in his body. He gets along well with all humans big and small and also likes other cats. He really is no trouble.
PLEASE give this little man a share for us, we will provide everything he needs to be happy he just needs a person to love him
